Ingredients
- Tangerines – 2 pieces
- Arugula – 1 package
- Hamon – 100 gr
- Gorgonzola
- Nuts
Ingredients for the sauce
- Balsamic vinegar – 1 tsp.
- Olive oil – 4 tbsp
- Honey – 2 tsp.
How to cook
1.First, prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients.
2. Pour the sauce into a special container and place it in the center of a large plate.
3. Put the arugula leaves on the plate, avoiding the container with the sauce.
