Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 600 g
- cheese - 100 g
- butter - 50 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put onion, garlic, chicken fillet in a blender.
2. Blend everything.
3. Add room temperature oil, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
4. Add finely grated cheese.
5. Mix well.
6. Add the breadcrumbs at the end.
7. Mix again and form the patties.
8. Fry until cooked.
