The owner of the World Boxing Council (WBC) belt, Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs), is not worried about the cut he received during a sparring session 2.5 weeks before his fight with Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs). The fight had to be postponed for three months due to the British injury, and now the Gypsy King has returned to the gym.

Fury said this in an interview with The Stomping Ground YouTube channel. According to him, he was upset after getting injured, and the fight with Usyk had to be postponed to late spring. In addition, the lineal heavyweight champion added that he is not afraid if the wound above his eye starts bleeding during the fight against the Ukrainian.

"All kinds of shit happens. It's not the first time and it won't be the last time a fight is canceled due to injury. At first I was a little pissed off, but when I got a new date two days later, it was amazing. Everything is fine. The incision is now healed. The cut takes about eight weeks to heal.
