Romantic dessert in a glass: how to surprise your loved ones on Valentine's Day

Kasia Petrushka, a food blogger from Kasia Petrushka, shared on Instagram how to make the perfect dessert for Valentine's Day. It's incredibly tasty and will definitely surprise your significant other.

Ingredients for 2 large servings:

• Red jelly - 70 gr.
• Transparent jelly - 70 gr.
• Skyr - 450 gr.
• Dark chocolate
• Wafers for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. Dilute the red jelly in 300 ml of water, pour into a 20x20 cm container, cover with foil, and leave to harden.

2. Take out the ready-made jelly and cut out hearts from it.

3. Glue the jelly hearts to the wall of the glass.

4. Pour 200 ml of water over the transparent jelly and leave to cool.

5. Beat the cold transparent jelly with a mixer for a few minutes until fluffy.

6. Add the skyr and continue beating until the mass becomes very fluffy.

7. Pour into heart-shaped glasses and refrigerate until completely set.

8. Garnish with wafers and serve.
