- milk - 250 ml
- butter - 50 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 100 g
- yeast - 20 g
- salt - a pinch
- flour - 600-700 g
- oil - 50 ml
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
Method of preparation.
1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, oil, salt, and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly.
2. Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
3. Put the dough into a plastic bag with oil inside. Tie it well leaving room for the dough to rise.
4. Dip it in room temperature water for about an hour. When the bag floats to the surface, the dough is ready.
