Putin's illegal elections are over in Russia: how many votes were "drawn" to the dictator

Putin's election is over in Russia, the result is not surprising

Russia held illegal presidential elections on Sunday, March 17. The incumbent dictator Vladimir Putin was "painted" as an absolute winner with more than 87% of the vote.

This is evidenced by exit poll data from the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Center. Some leaders of countries favorable to Russia have already congratulated Putin on his election victory.

The Russians also did not hesitate to show generally sky-high results for the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine - everywhere the dictator was allegedly supported by more than 88% of "voters."

The leader among the occupied territories was the "DPR" - more than 95% with a record turnout of 88.25%, followed by the "LPR" - 94.12% of the vote, Zaporizhzhia - 92.95%, Kherson - 88.12%.

Putin's "competitors" got absolutely ridiculous results:

- Nikolay Kharitonov - 3.86%;

- Vladislav Davankov - 3.76%;

- Leonid Slutsky - 2.97%.

In addition, North Korean President Kim Jong-un, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega, and Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla have already congratulated Putin on his "victory."

"I sincerely congratulate you on your landslide victory in the presidential election. The results of the voting are another vivid confirmation of your high political authority and the broad support of Russian society for your state policy aimed at ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the country and strengthening its international position," the Tajik president said in his congratulatory message.

At the same time, the Nicaraguan president congratulated Putin on the "exemplary and peaceful elections" held in the "huge and friendly" country.

As a reminder, Russian Telegram channels reported that the small number of Russian citizens who decided to express their "protest" against Putin's election with a spoiled ballot stated that Putin was a murderer.

Throughout the Russian Federation, single ballots were found at polling stations in which the electorate wrote "no to war" and "peace to Ukraine." Photos of ballots on which Russian citizens called for the release of all political prisoners were also posted online.

As reported by OBOZ.UA:

- Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev threatened Russians who "commit crimes" at polling stations or near them during the presidential election in the aggressor country. He referred to the "crimes" as arson and vandalism.

- The British newspaper The Observer reported that Putin's "victory" in the "election" was a foregone conclusion, as he had no serious opponent. In addition, the Kremlin has spent approximately $1.2 billion on lies and propaganda, falsification of the results of the "vote" in the occupied territories of Ukraine, and an unimpeded nationwide campaign.
