Ingredients
- Peeled potatoes - 1.5 kg
- Frying oil - 600 ml
- Garlic - 4-5 cloves.
- Salt - to taste
- Sauce oil - 4 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Dry each one thoroughly.
2. Pour frying oil into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and heat to high temperature.
Fry the potatoes in batches.

3. Pour the potatoes in parts and cook until golden brown.
4. Prepare the sauce. Combine 4 tbsp of oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a deep bowl.
