Pan-Asian dishes have come to us not so long ago, but have already managed to gain a foothold in the kitchens of many housewives. The main dishes of this cuisine are characterized by a large number of ingredients used and ease of preparation.
Food blogger Valentyna Kushch showed on her Instagram how she cooks Pan-Asian dishes. She demonstrated an example of a dinner that takes 20 minutes to prepare and is sure to please everyone.

Ingredients
- Udon or egg noodles - 200 gr
- Chicken thigh fillet - 2-3 pcs
- Small carrots - 1 pc
- Bell pepper - ½ pc
- Zucchini or zucchini - ½ pc
- Corn - 1 cob
- Chili pepper
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Corn starch - 1 tbsp
- Green onions - 3 feathers
- Soy sauce - 70 ml
- Sweet chili sauce - 2 tbsp
- Teriyaki sauce - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Cut all the vegetables into strips before cooking.

2. Cut the chicken into oblong pieces and sprinkle with starch.
3. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the chicken on each side for 3 minutes. Remove from the pan.
4. Boil the noodles as indicated on the package. Drain the water, but leave half a cup separately. Pour cold water over the noodles.
5. For the sauce, mix soy, teriyaki, chopped garlic and sweet chili.
Add the chicken.

6. Heat the frying pan again and add the carrots. Fry for 2-3 minutes over high heat.
7. Next, add the zucchini, fry for 2 minutes, then the bell pepper and a little chili, 2 minutes, then the corn and sauce.

8. Simmer for 1 minute and add the noodles and the cooking water. Then add onions and chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
