Original cheese appetizer "Witches' brooms": worth making for Halloween 2023

The idea for the "Witch's brooms" appetizer was shared by the well-known publication BelfastLive. The dish requires only a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

• straws
• sachet of stringy cheese
• green onions

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the stretchy cheese in half.

2. Cut the "bristles" on the cheese about 3/4 of the way down.

3. Cut 2-3 boards on one side, then turn the cheese and cut 3-4 slices again, forming matches or "bristles".

4. Tie the green onions on top.

5. Carefully insert the straw stick from the bottom.
