Pumpkin jelly
Ingredients:
- peeled pumpkin - 1.5 kg
- sugar - 400 g
- juice of 1 lemon
Method of preparation:
1. First, peel the pumpkin from the skin and pulp, cut it into small cubes and put it into a saucepan.
