It is nutritious, vitaminized, and delicious, so it can replace a full breakfast. This is what many people think, but they are wrong. Indeed, a banana will satiate the body, relieve hunger, and give you energy. But these feelings will not last long, and within an hour, a person will be hungry again.

The expert advises combining bananas with other foods for a healthy breakfast. Adding a little fat to your breakfast will make you feel full and energized. For the next few hours, you won't even think about food and won't look for something to snack on. That's why it's important not only to eat a banana for breakfast but also to balance it with other nutritious foods.
