Mouthwatering cheese sandwiches with mushrooms and pickles: an interesting festive appetizer
If you want to surprise your family with a delicious and nutritious breakfast but don't have enough time to cook, you should pay attention to simple recipes. It is thanks to them that easy but very interesting dishes appear on the dinner table.
A food blogger with the nickname foodblog_kristi shared a recipe for such one on Instagram. She explained how to make hot sandwiches with mushrooms and pickled cucumber.
Ingredients
- loaf
- mushrooms
- onion - 1 pc
- hard cheese - 120 g
- pickled cucumber - 1 pc
- mayonnaise
- dill
- black pepper
- oil
Method of preparation
1. Fry the chopped onion in a pan with oil.
2. Add the mushrooms and fry until tender. Put on a plate, add grated cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
3. Spread the resulting mass on the loaf slices.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
5. Cut the cucumber into thin circles, top the sandwiches with them and sprinkle with dill.
