"Lover" dessert: a recipe for a delicious dish that won't harm your figure

Dessert is an indispensable part of any festive table, as well as a great treat that will emphasize the taste of coffee or tea. Of course, you can buy dessert in the store and find the best option for yourself, but the most delicious is the one that was prepared by yourself and with love.
On Instagram, a food blogger with the nickname recipes ira showed a recipe for her favorite homemade dessert, "Lover." It resembles the well-known "bird's milk," but it is not at all harmful to the figure.

Ingredients for the white layer
- Cottage cheese 5% – 250 gr
- Vanilla yogurt/pudding – 200 gr
- Milk – 150 ml
- Gelatin – 20 gr
- Sugar – 30 g
Ingredients for the chocolate layer
- Cottage cheese 5% – 250 gr
- Chocolate yogurt/pudding – 200 gr
- Milk – 150 ml
- Gelatin – 20 gr
- Sugar – 30 g
Method of preparation.
1. Add 50 ml of cold milk (from the total amount) to the gelatin, mix, and set aside to swell for 15-25 minutes.
2. Beat all other ingredients in a blender until smooth.
3. Heat the gelatin in a water bath or the microwave (never boil).
4. Pour into the mass in a thin stream and beat with a blender.
5. First, let it stand in the refrigerator for an hour to allow the first layer to harden, then pour in the second and refrigerate again until it hardens.
