How to dry mushrooms so that they are stored for a long time
Mushroom season is in full swing now. They are used to prepare a huge variety of tasty and flavorful dishes. They are also often dried. In this form, the product is stored for a long time and tastes good in any dish.

How to dry mushrooms?
1. Clean and rinse the mushrooms thoroughly.
2. Leave small mushrooms whole and cut large ones in half.
3. Put the paper on the hot radiators and put the mushrooms on top.
4. Leave the mushrooms to dry for 2-3 days.
5. Turn the mushrooms over every 10-12 hours.
6. Store dried mushrooms in a glass container under a lid.
7. An alternative to glass is salt sacks. These are bags made of natural material that have been pre-washed in salt water and dried well.
