Ingredients
- Dark raisins – 200 gr
- Dried prunes – 200 gr
- Dried apricots – 200 gr
- Figs or dates – 100 g
- Dried cranberries – 100 g
- Walnuts – 200 g
- Lemon with peel – 1 pc
- Orange with peel – ½ pc
- Honey – 2 tbsp
The way of preparation
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, but it is better to pass through a meat grinder.
2. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
3. It is recommended to consume this paste 1 tbsp three times a day 30 minutes before meals. It can also be used simply as a healthy treat, but do not exceed the recommended amount of the product per day.
