Homemade truffle candies from affordable products: how to make

Ingredients
- Dark chocolate – 240 gr
- Cream from 30% – 180 ml
- Glucose syrup – 45 g
- Salt – 1 g
- Butter mass – 45 gr
- Nuts
- Cocoa
- Chocolate for the glaze
The method of preparation
1. Heat the cream with glucose syrup and salt.
2. Pour the warm cream over the chocolate and blend until smooth.
3. Add butter, punch again, cover with cling film, and leave in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
4. Form the candies; you can add a regular or caramelized nut to the center.
5. Cover with chocolate + cocoa or cocoa only.
6. Leave the formed truffles to stabilize in the cold for 2-3 hours.
Can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
