Canapés are an appetizer that is most often served for a festive table. They can be varied, it all depends on the imagination of the hostess and the products at hand.

Ingredients
- rye bread
- boiled eggs
- green onions
- sour cream
- herring
- grain mustard
- salt
- pepper
The way of preparation
1. Boil the eggs, cool, peel and mash them with a fork in a deep container.
2. Add salt, pepper, and sour cream. Stir.
3. Add finely chopped green onions. Mix again.
4. Cut the bread into triangles and spread each one with the resulting mass.
5. Put a piece of herring on top and add mustard.
