Festive salad with mushrooms, chicken and corn: how to prepare a delicious dish

A festive salad will decorate any table. They are usually quite nutritious and incredibly tasty, which is why everyone like them.

A food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking shared a recipe for such a salad on Instagram. The perfect combination of mushrooms, corn and chicken will definitely not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

• pickled champignons - 200 g
• boiled chicken fillet - 1 pc
• canned corn - 1 can
• boiled eggs - 4 pcs
• hard cheese - 160 g
• salt
• pepper
• mayonnaise

Method of preparation

1. Dice the chicken and put it in a deep container.

2. Cut the pickled mushrooms in half and add to the chicken.

3. Dice the eggs and cheese and add to the bowl too.

4. Drain the corn and add it to the rest of the ingredients.

5. Season with mayonnaise to taste and add salt and pepper.

6. Garnish with green onions and serve.
