Easy pancakes with greens: recipe for a delicious dish

The week of Shrovetide is here, which means that pancakes are being prepared en masse. Housewives make them sweet, salty, kefir- or milk-based, as well as use various fillings. During this holiday, pancakes are served both for breakfast and as a main course.
A food blogger with the nickname talli sun showed how she makes the pancakes on Instagram. The chef used greens to diversify the flavor and aroma. As a result, she created an unusually tasty dish that does not require any filling.

Ingredients.
- milk - 500 ml
- eggs - 3 pcs
- salt - a pinch
- oil - 2-3 tbsp
- flour - 280-300 g
- butter for greasing
- ham
- cheese
- dill
Method of preparation
1. Mix eggs, half the milk, salt and flour.

2. Add the rest of the milk and oil. Stir the rather liquid batter.
3. Add chopped ham, grated cheese, and dill. Mix and fry on both sides.
4. Put on a plate and immediately grease with butter.
