Country-style potatoes are a great side dish for meat or fish. But it is not always possible to cook the vegetable so that it turns out golden and crispy. To achieve the perfect flavor and texture, you need to follow a few simple rules.

The idea of cooking crispy and delicious rustic potatoes in the oven is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna Tymoshenko (anna timoshenko13). Be sure to serve it with a delicious herb sauce.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes – 1 kg.
  • salt – 1 tsp.
  • turmeric – 0.5 tsp.
  • black pepper – 0.5 tsp.
  • seasoning for potatoes
  • oil – 2-3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix potato seasoning, black pepper, turmeric, salt and oil

2. Pour the mixture over the potatoes.

3. Mix everything together and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

4. Bake at 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

5. For the sauce, grate the canned cucumbers (drain them), garlic and yogurt.

6. Stir – the sauce is ready. You can replace it with sour cream or mayonnaise.
