Coffee fondant with filling: a delicious dessert for a family tea party

Fondant is an extremely popular dessert of French origin. It is characterized by a hard, sometimes crispy crust and an extremely delicate, liquid filling that flows from the inside.

This dessert is perfect for tea, so it will never lose its popularity. But thanks to a recipe from food blogger Valeriia Matrokhina, which she shared on Instagram, you can create a coffee fondant that will be the perfect complement to a fragrant cup.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate – 100 gr
  • Butter – 35 gr
  • Espresso – 50 ml
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Sugar – 35 gr
  • Flour – 30 gr

Ingredients for the filling (optional)

  • Strawberries
  • Cheese with mold

Method of preparation.

1. Beat eggs with sugar until foamy.

2. Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a steam bath.

3. Brew the coffee.

4. Remove the melted chocolate and butter from the steam bath and pour in the eggs, stirring constantly.

5. Add the coffee and flour, and stir until combined.

6. Take any molds, grease them with oil and fill them generously with cocoa, remove the remains.

7. Pour in the batter, a little less than halfway, and add the filling as desired. And then add the batter, not reaching the top by 1-2 cm.

8. Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees and put it in the oven to bake. Depending on the size of the mold, it can take from 5 to 10 minutes. The main thing is to bake until the center is still jiggly, otherwise there will be no liquid center.

9. Carefully remove from the mold and sprinkle with powder.
