Better than ordinary chops: how to cook juicy chicken rolls in the oven

Chicken fillet rolls are a real find for busy housewives. With just a few simple ingredients, you get a complete dish for a festive table or every day. And if you have any doubts that the chicken might be dry, you don't have to worry about it.
The idea of cooking juicy chicken rolls in a creamy sauce was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Nataliia Zhuk (nataliia zhuk cooking). These rolls can be the perfect complement to potatoes or any other side dish.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 3-4 pcs
- salt, pepper
- mushrooms – 250 g
- onion
- salt, pepper
- dried garlic – 1/2 tsp
- sour cream – 1 tbsp
- butter for greasing the fillet
- 10% cream – 250 ml
- salt, paprika, pepper
- flour – 1 tbsp
- grated cheese – 40 g
- potatoes – 300 g
- butter, salt
- curdled milk – 100 ml
- dill – a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillets into two parts.
2. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Cover with cling film and press down.
4. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
5. Add one finely chopped onion to the mushrooms.
6. Fry over medium heat until tender, then season with salt and pepper to taste, add dried garlic and one tablespoon of sour cream. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
7. Then grease each piece of battered chicken with butter.
8. Put the fried champignons and roll them. Put into a baking dish. You can put the remaining mushrooms on top if you have any.
9. Make the filling: add salt, paprika, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of flour to the cream.
10. Stir and add grated cheese. Pour this filling over the rolls. Cover with foil and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about an hour.
