Ingredients

  • potatoes - ½ kg
  • onion - 2 pcs
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • egg - 1 pc
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • mushrooms - 250 g
  • sour cream - 5 tbsp
  • water - 50-100 ml
  • mozzarella/sulguni cheese - 100 g
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill and parsley

Method of preparation

1. Grate the potatoes: 1 part on a fine grater and the other on a coarse one.

2. Grate one onion on a fine grater and add to the potatoes.

3. Add the onion to the potatoes along with salt, pepper, eggs and flour. Mix thoroughly.

4. Fry the pancakes in a pan with oil on both sides until golden brown. Put them on a plate.

5. Fry the onion in a pan with oil for 2 minutes,  add the mushrooms, and fry everything until golden brown.

6. Add sour cream, water, salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 1 minute.

7. Put the pancake in small baking dishes, the filling on top, and then the pancake again.

8. Sprinkle generously with cheese.

9. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
