Ingredients

• Bell pepper
• Feta – 100 gr
• Yogurt or cream – 50 ml

• Honey – 1 tsp
• Garlic – 1 clove
• Dry herbs
• Oil – 30 ml

The method of preparation

1. Bake the peppers until soft, cool, and peel off the skin.

2. Cut into 4 pieces.

3. Add all ingredients except pepper to the feta and blend until smooth.

4. Put the resulting mousse on a plate.

5. Put the peppers on top and decorate as desired.
