The famous British super heavyweight cannot fight and train

Former world champion Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs) will not be able to train or fight in the next three weeks. The 34-year-old native of Watford was suspended from boxing after his fight with IBF titleholder Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs).

The decision was made by the British Boxing Board of Control, according to the authoritative BoxRec portal. Joshua has been suspended from the sport until October 19, and his license has been suspended. The reasons for the organization's decision are unknown, but it is clear that they are related to the injuries Anthony sustained in the fight on September 22.

It's worth noting that British boxing officials often do this after fights. Usually to make sure that the fighters' health is not in danger. After passing a medical examination, the suspension is lifted.

Former world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) received a similar suspension after his fight with Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs).

As reported by OBOZ.UA, the International Boxing Federation (IBF) heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs) has inflicted a sensational defeat on the former titleholder Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs). The fight for the belt previously held by Usyk ended in a knockout in the fifth round.

After the fight, former WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) admitted that he lost 150 million pounds that he bet on Anthony's victory.

After the fight, Fury and Usyk took part in a group photo shoot organized by Turki Al Al-Sheikh, head of the Saudi Arabian General Authority for Entertainment Affairs.
