Marinated eggs can be eaten as an independent snack or added to other dishes. They are very tasty and nutritious.
Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared how to make such eggs on Instagram. This recipe will definitely change the way you perceive them.
Ingredients
- eggs - 9 pcs
- chili pepper - 1/3 pcs
- garlic - 2 cloves
- ginger - 15 g
- oil - 10 ml
- water - 500 ml
- soy sauce - 200 ml
- sugar - 10 g
- apple cider vinegar - 15 g
- green onions - 5 g
- sesame seeds - 5 g
Method of preparation
1. Boil the eggs. Peel them.
2. Chop pepper, garlic, and ginger.
3. Fry them in vegetable oil, add water, soy sauce and sugar. Mix everything and let the mixture boil. Remove from the heat and pour in the vinegar.
4. Put the eggs in a jar and pour the marinade over.
5. Leave in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
