Ingredients:
- Avocado - 1 pc
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Cucumber - 1 pc
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Caviar
- Tartlets
Method of preparation:
1. In a deep bowl, combine avocado, boiled eggs, and diced cucumber.
2. Add mayonnaise, mix, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Put the mixture into the tartlets.
4. Garnish with red caviar and serve.
