The key to really successful and tasty chops is juicy meat. Also, a very important role is played by the batter, which should not fall off after frying. You can achieve the desired result thanks to sparkling water.

The idea of cooking perfect juicy chops is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Maryna Frolova (marina frolova). For such a dish, it is better, of course, to choose pork.

Ingredients:

  • pork bat – 800 g
  • salt – 1 tsp.
  • black pepper – 0.5 tsp.
  • garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • sparkling water – 300 ml.
  • eggs – 3 pieces (slightly salted)
  • flour – 100 g
  • frying oil

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the pork into pieces 2 centimeters thick, and baste well on both sides.

2. Squeeze garlic into a vessel, and season with salt and pepper.

3. Pour in the sparkling water.

4. Lay out the chops and marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.

5. Then dip each piece first into the flour, and then into the egg.

6. Fry on both sides until golden.
