- puff pastry
- mushrooms - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc
- herbs (parsley, dill or to taste)
- cream cheese - 100 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Thaw the puff pastry if frozen.
2. Peel the mushrooms and cut them into small cubes.
3. Finely chop the onion and chop the herbs.
4. Heat a frying pan with a little oil.
5. Fry the onions until they are transparent.
6. Add the sliced mushrooms.
7. Fry until the liquid has completely evaporated (about 7-10 minutes).
