A food blogger with the nickname "Kate" shared on Instagram how to make delicious salmon balls that will be loved even by those who hate fish. They will never turn out dry if you follow the chef's advice exactly.

Ingredients:

  • Baked salmon fillet - 100 g
  • Boiled potatoes - 200 gr
  • Hard cheese - 50 gr
  • Breadcrumbs - 30 g
  • Dry garlic
  • Dill
  • Olive oil

The way of preparation:

1. Mash the baked salmon fillet and boiled potatoes with a fork.

2. Add grated hard cheese, breadcrumbs, and spices and mix well.

3. Form balls with your hands and place them on a baking sheet with parchment.

4. Add a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

5. Serve chilled with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
