The video was viewed by more than 15 million users on social network X (formerly Twitter) in a week.
"Training and lifting weights is now just one aspect of the wellness journey I've stumbled upon," the author says in the video.
The complex also has a phytobar with purely healthy food and places for relaxation.
The range of services includes red light therapy for skin or muscle regeneration.
"I didn't get to visit the Red Sea when I was in Israel, but that's exactly how this floating therapy is supposed to make you feel. When you're immersed in half a ton of salt, you feel like you're in zero gravity. It's the perfect time to reboot and restart your mind," the author notes.
