What dessert to make for the New Year to please everyone: a recipe for beautiful cupcakes
It is important that on New Year's Eve, the table should include not only main dishes, appetizers, and salads, but also desserts. The latter, by the way, can be made to look festive and then serve as an additional table decoration.
Chef Ekaterina Peskova shared on Instagram how to make a dessert that everyone will definitely like. She also showed how to create an unusually beautiful dish from simple ingredients.

Ingredients
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Sugar - 26 gr
- Butter - 108 gr
- Powdered sugar - 20 gr
- Flour - 52 gr
- Almond flour - 60 g
- Baking powder - 3 g
- Vanilla paste - 4 g
- Salt - 1 g
The method of preparation
1. Beat soft butter with sugar and powdered sugar until fluffy white.
Put the dough into the mold.

2. Add vanilla paste and eggs, continue beating for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Mix all the dry ingredients and add to the total mass.
Add the filling.

4. Put the dough into 40 g molds, bake at 160° for 10-15 minutes.
Decorate with cream.

5. Fill the cupcakes with caramel and decorate with buttercream.
