Venice salad: how to make a delicious and light dish

A food blogger with the nickname iriska dimitrova recently shared the idea of such a dish on Instagram. She explained how to make a delicious Venice salad from simple ingredients and in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients

  • Korean carrots - 200 gr
  • Ham or smoked chicken - 200 gr
  • Cheese - 150 gr
  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Corn - ½ b
  • Mayonnaise

Method of preparation

1. Cut the ham, cheese and cucumber into strips and put them in a deep bowl.

2. Add the Korean carrots and corn and mix again.

3. Dress with mayonnaise, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.
