Vegetable sticks with couscous: perfect for a healthy snack
If you're on a diet and trying to eat right, you've probably thought about making a really healthy snack. Of course, you can replace this meal with any fruit or nuts, but isn't it better to try something extraordinary and delight your taste buds?
A food blogger with the nickname retsepty dlya ditey on Instagram told us how to make a snack that will be really tasty and healthy. She presented a recipe for vegetable sticks with couscous.
Ingredients
- Couscous – 2 tbsp.
- Large tomato – 1 pc
- Cauliflower or broccoli – 2 florets
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Cottage cheese – 30 g
Method of preparation
1. Pour boiling water over the couscous to cover the cereal, cover and set aside.
2. Finely chop the tomato over the cabbage.
3. Mix the couscous, eggs, vegetables, and cheese in a deep bowl.
4. Form sticks or cupcakes using molds.
5. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
