The most successful berry filling for cakes: exact proportions

A food blogger with the nickname zaallleo showed which berry filling, in her opinion, is best suited for cakes on Instagram. She also provided a detailed recipe for its preparation.
Ingredients
- berry puree - 200 g
- sugar - 60 g
- water - 60 ml
- agar-agar - 4 g
Method of preparation.
1. Combine berry puree with water in a saucepan.
2. Separately, combine sugar with agar-agar.
3. Put on heat and bring the puree to a boil.
4. Stirring constantly with a whisk, add sugar mixed with agar-agar. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. Pour into a container and leave for 2 hours to stabilize.
6. Stir with a mixer until smooth.
7. This filling can be stored in the freezer for 30 days.
