Instead of just boiling the meat dumplings, it's a much better idea to fry them. Make a savory sauce based on cream cheese and soy sauce. Just a few minutes in a frying pan and you will get a dish whose taste will really surprise you.

The idea of cooking fried meat dumplings in sauce was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan. Both homemade and store-bought products are suitable.

Ingredients:

  • butter - 20 g
  • meat dumplings - 600 g
  • cream cheese - 180 g
  • soy sauce - 60 g
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • herbs - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Heat butter in a frying pan and add meat dumplings (frozen).

2. Fry the meat dumplings, stirring frequently, until golden brown.

3. Add cream cheese and soy sauce.

4. Stir a little and pour in boiling water.

5. Pour so as not to completely cover the meat dumplings.

7. Add salt and pepper to taste, but remember that the soy sauce has already added saltiness.

8. Cover and let it simmer for 7-8 minutes.

9. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
