Ingredients

  • Flour - 160 gr
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Butter - 80 gr
  • Sugar - 80 gr
  • Cottage cheese - 200 gr
  • Milk - 80 gr
  • Baking powder - 6 gr
  • Vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • Salt - a pinch

Method of preparation

1. Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar to the eggs and beat a little.

2. Add the melted (not hot) butter and grated cottage cheese with milk until smooth, mix.

3. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix again.

4. Bake in a waffle iron until golden brown.
