- pepper

- tomatoes – 1 large or 8 cherry tomatoes
- garlic – 2 heads
- cream 15% – 200 ml.

Ingredients for toast:

- cream cheese
- mozzarella
Method of preparation:
1. Place all the vegetables on a baking sheet.
2. Drizzle with oil.
3. Cover with foil and bake at 200 degrees for 40-60 minutes (about an hour to get a feel for the oven). It is better to wrap the garlic separately in foil because it takes a long time to bake.
4. To make the toast, spread the bread with cream cheese, grate mozzarella, put it on the toast, cover with the second part of the bread, and fry on both sides in a dry frying pan.
5. When ready, put the baked vegetables in a saucepan, add cream, tomatoes in their own juice, salt, and blend thoroughly until smooth.
6. Be sure to put the pan on medium heat, bringing it to a boil.
7. Drizzle with cream, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve.
