On Instagram, a food blogger with the nickname recipes ira shared how to make homemade chicken sausage. As it turned out, it's not difficult at all, and the taste is simply unbeatable.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 500 gr
- Boneless chicken thigh fillet – 500 gr
- Seasoning for chicken – 24 g
The way of cooking
1. Cut the fillet into strips and the thighs into large pieces.
2. Add the spices to the chicken, mix thoroughly, put it in a deep container, and leave it to marinate overnight.
3. Cut the baking sleeve and put the chicken on it.
4. Form the sausage and bake for 4 hours at 85-90 degrees.
