Ingredients for 8 pieces
- Banana – 2 pcs
- Sesame seeds – 120 g
- Flour – 1 tbsp
- Chocolate without sugar – 90-100 g
- Pistachios – a handful
Method of preparation
1. Pre-fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
2. Put the bananas into a deep plate and mash them with a fork.
3. Add the toasted sesame seeds and flour. Stir to combine.
4. Put it on the parchment and form a well in the middle with a spoon.
5. Bake in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
6. Take it out and while the cookies are still hot, use your finger to press down the hole in the middle, as it may have risen while baking. Leave them to cool.
7. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Spread the chocolate inside the cookies and sprinkle with chopped pistachio seeds or cranberries.
8. Leave to cool completely and serve.
