Stuffed chicken fillet: how to cook a dish to make it mega juicy
Chicken is one of the most popular types of meat in Ukraine. It is not only quite tasty but also dietary. However, if cooked incorrectly, it can turn into an extremely tough and dry piece of food.
A food blogger with the nickname anny cooking shared on Instagram how to cook and stuff the fillet to make it mega-juicy. The chef used sun-dried tomatoes to make the dish, which adds spice to the dish.
Ingredients for 2 servings
- Chicken fillet – 2 pcs
- Mozzarella
- Pesto sauce – 50 gr
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Fresh spinach
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil for the sauce
- Favorite spices
Method of preparation
1. Cut the chicken fillet in half, but not completely. Add salt, pepper, and pesto inside.
2. Put the sliced mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach inside.
3. "Close" the fillet, fastening the edges with toothpicks.
4. Sprinkle with your favorite spices and put in the pan.
5. Fry until golden brown, then put in a baking dish and put in a preheated 220-degree oven for 20 minutes.
