Shuba salad is one of the most popular salads. It is usually laid out in layers. But there is a much simpler and more original version.

The idea of preparing the Shuba salad in tartlets was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname tastystories.feed. The technology is very basic, and the presentation is spectacular.

Ingredients:

  • tartlets - 1 pack
  • beets - 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves (optional)
  • mozzarella cheese - 100 g
  • herring
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • mustard in grains
  • herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the beets.

2. Grate or grind in a blender.

3. Mix with mayonnaise and grated mozzarella cheese.

4. Add garlic to spice things up.

5. Put the mixture on the tartlets.

6. Put a piece of herring on top, and garnish with mustard seeds and fragrant herbs.
