A food blogger with the nickname goptarenkonatali on Instagram told us how to prepare this versatile dish. She also demonstrated a great way to easily remove the skin from baked peppers.

Ingredients

  • Pepper – 4 pcs
  • Olives – 12 pcs
  • Onion – ¼ pc
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Salt

Method of preparation

1. Bake the peppers at 220 degrees for 40 minutes.

2. Put the baked peppers in a bowl, cover with cling film, and leave for 15 minutes. This way you can easily remove the peel.

3. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into strips.

4. Chop the onion and olives as well. Season everything with olive oil and lemon juice, add garlic through a press, salt, and mix well.

5. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes and then serve.
