In order to prepare a salad quickly and without any problems, you need to have a chopper in your kitchen. It allows you to evenly chop vegetables, herbs, fruits, nuts, and even meat in a matter of seconds.
Chef Hector Jiménez-Bravo has come up with a recipe for a salad in a chopper that is not only quick to prepare but also extremely tasty. On Instagram, he told us how to do it right.
Ingredients
- Small potatoes - 500 gr
- Red onion - 1 pc
- Sun-dried tomatoes - 50 g
- Kalamati - 50 gr
- Roasted red pepper - 1 pc
- Capers - 2-3 tbsp
- Parsley - 10 sprigs
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Cut and bake the potatoes.
2. In a chopper, chop the kalamata, red pepper, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and parsley alternately.
3. Make the dressing: mix oil, wine vinegar, mustard and liquid honey. Add salt and pepper.
4. Season the salad and mix well.
