Roasted pepper rolls stuffed with feta: an unusual dish made from familiar products

Ingredients

• Bell pepper – 2-3 pieces
• Feta – 1 pack
• Garlic – 1 clove
• Herbs and parsley
• Walnuts

The method of preparation

1. Choose fleshy peppers, wash and bake until tender for about 20-30 minutes, then put them under the foil to cool, so they will be very easy to clean.

2. Dry the nuts and peel the pepper.

3. Add a clove of garlic, chopped nuts, dill, and dried herbs to the feta as desired.

4. Divide the peppers, add the cheese mass, and wrap gently.
