Roasted pepper with feta is an extremely tender and at the same time spicy appetizer that will find a lot of fans. It is very easy to prepare and does not take much time. Its appearance is impressive and can decorate any holiday table.
Food blogger Inna Kozub shared on Instagram how to make this appetizer. She also showed that she serves it in the form of rolls, which makes the dish even more unusual.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper – 2-3 pieces
- Feta – 1 pack
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Herbs and parsley
- Walnuts
The method of preparation
1. Choose fleshy peppers, wash and bake until tender for about 20-30 minutes, then put them under the foil to cool, so they will be very easy to clean.
2. Dry the nuts and peel the pepper.
3. Add a clove of garlic, chopped nuts, dill, and dried herbs to the feta as desired.
4. Divide the peppers, add the cheese mass, and wrap gently.
