A food blogger with the nickname tanyasenkova shared a quick recipe for New York cookies on Instagram. She claims that warm cookies, combined with a glass of milk or a cup of coffee, will create a great mood.
Ingredients
- Soft butter - 115 gr.
- Brown sugar - 150 gr.
- White sugar - 50 gr.
- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Flour - 300 gr.
- Baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Salt - ½ tsp.
- Bitter chocolate - 250 gr.
- Nuts - 200 gr.
- Vanilla - to taste.
Method of preparation.
1. Beat soft butter with sugar, add one egg at a time, and beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add all dry ingredients and mix. Add the chopped chocolate and nuts.
3. Roll out large balls, weighing 80-90 g, and bake at 175 C for 11 to 14 minutes (until golden brown, but not cooked, the center should be soft).
4. Cool slightly and serve.
