"Quail legs" appetizer: how to cook an unusual dish

Food blogger Anna Klyuchnik shared how to make the Quail Legs appetizer on Instagram. She used straws as the "legs."
Ingredients for the dough:
- Kefir - 220 ml.
- Salt - ½ tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Bakind soda - ½ tsp.
- Flour - 250-300 g.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Minced meat - 500 gr.
- Onion - 100 gr.
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Additional ingredients:
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Straws
Method of preparation:
1. Add all the ingredients for the dough to the warm kefir, except for the flour. Mix well.
2. Add flour and knead the dough without lumps. Set aside for 15 minutes.
3. Grate the onion, salt, and pepper into the minced meat. Mix thoroughly.
4. Roll out the dough into a layer as thick as dumplings and cut out circles.
5. Put the straw in the middle of the circle so that it sticks out on both sides. Put the minced meat on top and close it like dumplings.
6. Cut the dumpling in half.
7. Dip each leg first in egg and then in breadcrumbs.
8. Fry in a large amount of oil and low heat until golden brown.
