Food blogger Yulia Senich shared how to make lazy chebureks on Instagram. This recipe is ideal for those who don't like to knead dough.
Ingredients:
- Pita bread - 4 pcs.
- Minced chicken - 300 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Mozzarella - 120 g
- Salt and pepper
- Pepper
- Egg for greasing
- Sesame seeds
The way of preparation:
1. Grate the onion into the minced meat, and add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Spread a thin layer of minced meat on each pita and sprinkle with cheese.
3. Brush the edge of the pita bread with a beaten egg and secure the pita bread.
4. Brush the top with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Put them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
