Lazy banana cinnabons: how to easily make your favorite pastries
Cinnabons are one of the most popular pastries in the world. Extremely delicate, fluffy, and fragrant cinnamon rolls simply leave no chance of refusing to eat them.
Food blogger Natalia Zhuk shared on Instagram how to make cinnamon buns with banana. She also provided a lightweight recipe for this pastry that every housewife can make.
Ingredients:
- Banana - 3 pieces
- Puff yeast dough - 500 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon - ½ tbsp
- Egg yolk + 1 tbsp of milk for greasing.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and chop the bananas.
2. Roll out the dough a little.
3. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle the mixture over the surface of the dough.
4. Put in the sliced bananas and roll into a roll.
5. Using a sharp knife, cut into even pieces. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
6. Add milk to 1 yolk, mix and grease each bun.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
