Ingredients:
- beef - 1-1,2 kg.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- leeks (optional) - 1 pc.
- celery leaves - 1 pc.
- salt/pepper

- butter - 50 g
- dry red wine - 150 ml.
- broth or water - 300 ml.
- dark chocolate without sugar - 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat, season with salt and pepper.
2. Fry on both sides over high heat until a crust appears (but do not cook completely).
3. Take out the meat and stew the onions and carrots here.
4. Add leeks and celery if you have them. Simmer for a few more minutes.
5. Add the butter, return the meat, add the wine, and put it on medium heat without a lid for 10 minutes to evaporate.
